I built 30Plants because I wanted a simple, beautiful way to eat more variety โ not count calories, not follow a strict diet. Just discover new plants, track what I'm eating, and actually see myself making progress every week.
Just tap the plants you ate today. It takes about 30 seconds. No measuring, no calorie counting โ just a quick record of the variety on your plate.
Browse a catalog of over 500 plants โ fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices. You'll probably find a few you've never tried.
See your weekly diversity score climb. Hit 30 plants and you'll know your gut is getting a real range of what it needs to thrive.
What You'll Learn
Every plant in the catalog comes with real information โ the fibers it contains, the compounds it brings, the microbes it supports, and how it compares to supplements. I wanted this to feel like having a knowledgeable friend explain your food to you.
See which fibers each plant contains โ beta-glucan in oats, inulin in garlic, pectin in apples. Different fibers feed different communities of gut bacteria, and 30Plants shows you exactly what you're getting.
Beyond fiber, plants are loaded with polyphenols, flavonoids, and carotenoids. 30Plants surfaces these so you can see which bioactive compounds your weekly diet is actually covering.
The catalog maps foods to the beneficial microbes they tend to support โ like Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Akkermansia. Eat with intention, not guesswork.
Curious how a food stacks up against a supplement? The app helps you understand where whole foods deliver nutrients you might otherwise reach for in a bottle โ naturally and deliciously.
Fiber, compound, and microbe associations are based on general nutritional research. 30Plants does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
Every unique plant counts once toward your weekly goal. No weighing, no portions โ just beautiful simplicity. Did you eat it this week? Tap it. Done.
Herbs, spices, and olive oil earn quarter-points โ because they still matter. The app handles all the math, so you never have to think about it.
Over 500 plants, searchable and organized. Tap any one to learn about its fibers, compounds, and which gut microbes it supports. It's genuinely fun to explore.
Your streaks, your weekly trends, your all-time plant count. Watching these numbers grow over time is incredibly motivating โ trust me.

Send Us a MessageEach distinct plant you eat counts once toward your weekly goal. Eat an apple on Monday โ that's 1 point. Eat another apple on Thursday โ still 1 point total for the week. The goal is variety, not volume.
Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds each count as 1 full point. Herbs, spices, coffee, tea, and extra virgin olive oil count as 0.25 points each โ because they still contribute. Refined grains and heavily processed foods generally don't count.
Open the Settings tab inside the app, tap "30Plants Pro", and select "Restore Purchase". Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used when you originally purchased.
All App Store purchases are managed through your iPhone's Settings. Tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions" or "Purchase History" to review or manage anything you've bought.
Please do! Email [email protected] with any plant you think is missing, a feature you'd love, or anything else. Every message is read personally, and your ideas genuinely shape where 30Plants goes next.
